Step 3: After reviewing the building plans and documenting the specified outcomes, we will
provide a quotation based on your or your client's design requirements and the necessary system. We will offer an estimated cost during our discovery call. If you or your client wish to move forward, please arrange payment via bank transfer. Our system design services start at $150.00.
Depending on your system design you will recieve some or all of the following items.
Heatload Confirmation Document: A technical document outlining the required amount of kW needed to heat or cool individual rooms and the entire building.
Recommended Products: From the heat load document, we can recommend the
hydronic solution, e.g. correct sized radiators and towel warmers to sufficiently heat or cool your building. We also recommend the correct size power source to provide the system with enough power to do so.
Recommended System Design: From both the heat load plus the recommended products we provide a design document using your plans with the recommended hydronic solution, for example the location of each radiator in each room and the plumbing design. The same goes for solar power and wood fired systems.
Rebates calculated and deducted: We will calculate your rebates and provide a document to make sure you get the highest amount $ for your system possible, based on your location and size of system.
